Q: I have an application that is not addressed on your website. Do you do custom projects?
A: Please contact us via phone or e-mail to discuss your particular application. We often do custom work, and are pleased to consider unique projects.

CHAMBERS

Q: Where can I find the model and serial number of my chamber?
A: For most models, the model and serial number can be found inside the control access door on the front of the chamber. On our new stability series with touchscreen controls, the model and serial numbers are located on the left side of the chamber under the humidifier.

Q: Do you have technicians who can service my room or chamber?
A: If you have a problem with your room or chamber, please feel free to call us at (636)349-0300. We are often able to troubleshoot problems over the phone, and can also help you locate a qualified refrigeration technician in your area.
