New FDA cold storage requirements (+2°C to +8°C) raise the bar for laboratory storage, making many existing laboratory refrigerators obsolete. In the past, standard refrigerators were often used for laboratory storage, but struggle to maintain the uniformity and control needed under today’s FDA regulations.

In response to the new regulations, BioCold has developed a line of stability refrigerators which provide an economical solution for today’s storage requirements. With temperature control at ±0.3°C, and uniformity of ±1.0°C throughout the chamber, these chambers are ideal for FDA validation.

Our stability refrigerators come standard with glass door, four adjustable shelves (available in aluminum or white wire), and oversized hot gas bypass refrigeration system for fast pull-down and recovery times.

Reduced humidity options are also available for seed storage and other applications requiring cold storage at 75% RH or below.
